Visual Quality Assurance

About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring both the visual quality and functional integrity of deliverables before release. You’ll work across design, content, and development stages to make sure every asset is not only pixel-perfect and on-brand, but also works as intended across devices, browsers, and user journeys. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive—someone who can spot inconsistencies, validate functionality, and help improve the overall quality and consistency of our outputs.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and QA designs, animations, and edits for pixel perfect execution, consistency, copy accuracy, and adherence to strict branding and platform specifications.
  • Test user flows, interactions, layouts, and behaviors across devices and browsers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback to creative teams, acting as the final checkpoint before public release.
  • Use Jira, Confluence and other project management tools to document, track, and report bugs or visual inconsistencies, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuously refine and integrate QA processes within the wider production workflow, identifying opportunities to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain accurate, insightful QA documentation to track trends and guide improvements.
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, and developers to ensure the highest creative standards are met in a fast-paced environment


About You

The essentials:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on QA experience, ideally with exposure to both functional and visual testing.
  • Strong eye for design, layout, spacing, composition, consistency, and detail, with working proficiency in Figma or comparable design tools.
  • Experience reviewing digital deliverables across multiple devices and browsers.
  • Good understanding of digital media specs and cross-device requirements
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills—able to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Clear communicator, adept at providing thorough and actionable feedback to creative and production teams.
  • Versed in QA and production tracking tools, particularly Jira and Excel.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a natural drive for continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in a marketing, advertising or digital production environment.

Not a Must but a Plus:

  • Knowledge and interest in learning about generative agentic AI, automation processes and tech.
