We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Configure and support core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows / Flow Designer.

Create and customize Service Catalog items, record producers, and approvals.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution.

Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and end users.

Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and platform security standards.
