We invite a Test Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll design, maintain, and execute automated performance tests while supporting the existing test infrastructure and helping ensure the scalability, reliability, and overall performance of our cloud-based digital menu board solutions. You’ll work closely with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders across multiple teams to provide actionable insights based on performance test results.

✅ Is that you?
- 3+ years of experience in software testing or test automation
- Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Ability to work with requirements and acceptance criteria
- Ability to analyze test results, troubleshoot performance issues, and communicate findings clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, including Gatling and Scala
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Desirable:
- Hands-on experience with performance testing
- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Gatling or similar
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Docker and containerization
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll develop performance tests, analyze system performance, and help engineering teams make informed decisions based on performance data.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated performance tests for new and existing product functionality
- Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, investigate issues, and provide actionable insights to engineering teams
- Monitor application and service performance in AWS during test execution
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional stakeholders to support performance improvements
- Maintain and enhance existing performance test suites
- Participate in test planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies
- Document test results and share performance findings with stakeholders
- Contribute to improving performance testing processes, tools, and best practices
