Make an Impact Through Youth Sports
Do you enjoy working with kids, building relationships, and being active in your community?
We're looking for an organized, energetic leader to help grow two of the nation's leading youth enrichment programs: Super Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes.
This is not a desk job.
You'll spend your time leading coaches, building relationships with schools and families, representing our programs at community events, and helping create amazing experiences for thousands of children throughout North Texas.

What You'll Love About This Role
Every week looks different.
You might:
- Coach a soccer class at a preschool
- Interview and train a new coach
- Visit local schools and community partners
- Represent our programs at a family event
- Help launch a new program location
- Support marketing initiatives
- Meet with school directors and administrators
This role combines leadership, coaching, operations, marketing, and community engagement into one exciting position.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you'll:
- Build strong relationships with local schools and community partners
- Help recruit, train, and retain outstanding coaches
- Ensure classes run smoothly across multiple locations
- Increase visibility of our programs throughout the community
- Deliver exceptional experiences for families and children
- Support enrollment growth across both brands

Requirements
This role offers flexibility, but the schedule varies based on program needs.
Most administrative work is completed during weekday business hours. Community events, trainings, and marketing activities may occasionally occur during evenings and weekends.
Successful candidates enjoy being active, adaptable, and engaged in the community.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least two years of experience in a childcare organization or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Background working with schools and/or organizations pertaining to childcare.
- Must be willing to drive to locations as needed.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Must pass state-required criminal background check.
