We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our North America team to support our clients in delivering organisational transformation outcomes through strong technical expertise and data-driven analysis.  

Role 

In this role, you will lead the delivery of client projects, combining your experience in business transformation and organizational design with data-driven analysis and the Orgvue platform. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their challenges, generate insights, and support the design and implementation of effective solutions. 

You will play a key role in project delivery, owning workstreams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our product and services.  

Responsibilities 

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Professional Services engagements, including: 

  • Leading or contributing to client projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and of high quality 
  • Supporting clients in adopting and using the Orgvue platform effectively 
  • Conducting data analysis and translating findings into clear, actionable insights 
  • Facilitating client workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations 
  • Advising clients on organizational design and transformation challenges, including recommended actions and implementation approaches 
  • Designing future-state operating models and supporting clients in tracking outcomes over time 
  • Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted partner throughout engagements 
  • Providing subject matter expertise in organizational design and Orgvue capabilities 
  • Collaborating with Product and internal teams to provide feedback and improve the platform 
  • Managing project plans, risks, and stakeholder communications across engagements 
  • Supporting business development activities, including proposals and client discussions identifying opportunities for account growth and continued engagement 
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively 

Requirements

  • You are motivated by solving complex business problems, particularly in organizational design and transformation 
  • You are looking to grow your experience in project leadership and team management 
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Information Sciences, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in consulting (e.g. business transformation, management, technology, human capital, or organizational design), ideally within a consulting firm 
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, such as M&A, cost reduction, or operating model redesign 
  • Foundational understanding of organization design methodology and experience delivering organizational design projects. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience with Orgvue or similar data analytics and visualisation platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous; familiarity with tools such as Python or R is a plus. 
  • Customer-facing experience and proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders. 
  • Ability to facilitate trainings and workshops with large audiences. 
  • Ability to use analytics to solve business problems. 
  • Understanding of business operations. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
