Position Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing our ever-increasing clientele. The position entails an active involvement in all necessary actions to maximize the sales conversion rate such as approaching and communicating with clients, answering their questions, negotiating agreements, and above all determining their needs and keeping them satisfied.

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team while ensuring the achievement of business goals and sales targets. This role combines people management, performance monitoring, and strategic execution to maximize sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance through KPIs and reporting.
  • Drive team productivity and ensure the successful conversion of incoming customer leads.
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer needs.
  • Foster a positive, results-driven, and customer-focused team culture.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives within the sales department.
  • Act as a role model by promoting best sales practices and leading by example.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or similar sales management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Customer-first mindset with a strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in automotive, leasing, mobility, fintech, or related industries will be considered a plus.
