As a crucial component of Dentons' global network, our EMEA business services team plays a key role in driving efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.

Role

This role operates as a business partner in all employee – related matters to managers and people leaders, working closely with HR Administration and other HR functions within Dentons Business Services and the Regions.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, data-led decision making and the ability to influence leaders in a complex and evolving environment.

The role is a fixed term contract (15 months maternity cover) and operates in a hybrid working model (2 days/week required in the office)

Responsibilities / What you are responsible for:

 

·         Lead the development and delivery of aligned People Plans with Divisional/Department Leaders that directly support business strategy, commercial objectives and long-term capability needs.

·         Work with HR Managers to deliver best HR support for all employees.

·         Support HR Manager with the delivery of the annual moderation, performance and salary review processes

·         Carry out exit interviews and highlight issues and trends.

·         Propose and facilitate new HR strategies and initiatives in response to business and employee needs

·         Partner with managers and leaders to support the achievement of business goals thorough effective people management practices

·         Coordinate and support managers in key HR processes such as Annual Appraisal, Compensation Review Process, Talent Mapping

·         Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, performance management, absences and ensuring fair and compliant outcomes

·         Work closely with the Recruitment Team to identify and attract top talents supporting the assessment of candidates for key roles

·         Act as a single point of contact for mangers and  employees, addressing concerns and supporting a constructive and performance-oriented work environment

·         Drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance, capability and engagement outcomes.

·         Identify performance accelerators and remove structural, behavioral or cultural barriers to effectiveness.

 

 Capability, Experience and Qualifications:

 

·         Minimum 5 years’ experience operating in a HR Business Partnering role within a complex or professional services environment

·         Demonstrated ability to use data, HR systems, insight and reports to support business decisions making

·         Solid knowledge of PL employment law, with experience managing employee relations matters

·         Experience in workforce planning & competency-based recruitment  

·         Experience leading key people processes, including performance management, talent development, succession planning and reward frameworks

·         Desirable experience in building job architectures, roles benchmarking

·         Professional services experience desirable

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to use AI tools combined with critical thinking

·         Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point

·         Fluency in Polish and English
