Location: Weatherby Lake, Missouri
Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience

Job Summary

Our clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic position in Weatherby Lake. This role focuses on helping patients improve how they move, recover from physical setbacks, and return to everyday activities with better strength and function.

The clinic treats a primary caseload of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions and serves patients across a wide age range. You will work with a team of PTs and PTAs while managing evaluations, treatment plans, patient education, and documentation through WebPT.

Clinic Overview

Setting: Modern outpatient orthopedic clinic
Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits
Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
EMR: WebPT
Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Preferred Work Schedule

Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify treatment needs
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through skilled physical therapy services
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, balance work, and strengthening
• Support recovery from injury, surgery, pain, weakness, and movement limitations
• Educate patients on home exercises and safe activity changes
• Reassess progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in WebPT

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong patient communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work with patients across different ages and treatment needs
