About the role
The Judicial Frontline Specialist is responsible for monitoring and supporting all stages of the legal process related to unsecured portfolios, verifing timely and effective execution of judicial actions. The role includes the coordination and performance tracking of external legal partners and offices, as well as providing legal and administrative support to ensure compliance with internal policies and achievement of operational targets.
Main Accountabilities
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of external law firms and legal partners against portfolio targets, ensuring the timely execution of legal actions and recovery strategies.
- Manages Forced Prenotations and Auctions, overseeing their implementation in line with company policies, timelines, and performance objectives.
- Coordinates with law firms on case assignments, legal actions, and case progress, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of ongoing matters.
- Provides legal operational support and collaborates with internal stakeholders to address operational and procedural issues throughout the case lifecycle.
- Analyzes data from internal systems and Excel reports to support decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of legal actions.
- Ensures compliance with the Company's Code of Ethics, internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all legal and judicial processes.
Requirements
Education, Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or any other business-related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Legal Actions Monitoring & Implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of Legal Management and experience in legal analysis
