We're looking for an experienced Balance Technician who takes pride in precision, understands airflow, and knows how to ensure HVAC systems perform the way they're designed.

Requirements

• Previous HVAC air balancing experience required
• Experience testing and measuring airflow using balancing equipment
• Ability to read plans and understand HVAC system design
• Knowledge of airflow adjustments, dampers, and system performance verification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work 8–10 hr days
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work
