About This Role:  The Jenni Kayne Driver will a key position within the Operations team. The Driver will load and distribute home furniture to Jenni Kayne’s customers. The ideal candidate will represent the company in a professional, responsible, and will deliver best in class customer service in effort attain the best customer satisfaction. The goal is to deliver a Live Well experience for all customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Jenni Kayne Driver, your primary responsibilities include the following:

• Loading, transporting, delivering items to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Work in state-of-the-art facilities and drive Jenni Kayne vehicle
• Interact daily with our customers face to face at their homes representing Jenni Kayne delivery standards
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Attend safety meetings and discuss relevant topics with managers and Operations team
• Ensure that our customer standards are met for care and concern of our customer needs
• Keep warehouse clean and organised daily
• Load boxes into trucks for deliveries 
• Receive and put away inventory
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• At least 6 months of professional experience driving a 26-foot box truck or larger commercial vehicle 
• Strong time management
• Light assembly experience preferred
• Attentive lister and effective communicator
• Professional and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to travel frequently
• Ability to drive, lift, reach, pull, and carry heavy items for extended periods
• Must be able to physically move furniture and lift 50+ pounds
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab for long periods of time

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $22.00. The hourly rate of pay is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
