About the role
We are seeking a Saudi HR Operations with experience in the real estate sector to handle day-to-day HR operational activities and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage GOSI, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
- Handle employee requests related to leaves, letters, and benefits.
- Coordinate with government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI).
Requirements

- Saudi national (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations.
- Experience in the real estate sector is required.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR procedures.
- Familiarity with HR systems and government platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
