Apt Resources is seeking dedicated Private Groundkeeper to join a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel on the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. As a Groundkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's magnificent outdoor grounds, ensuring they are immaculate and inviting for guests. Your role will involve the upkeep of lawns, gardens, walkways, and exterior features to uphold the hotel's high standards of appearance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for the hotel's outdoor grounds, including lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular inspections and report any issues related to the grounds or equipment.
• Ensure walkways, paths, and outdoor areas are clean, safe, and free of debris.
• Implement seasonal planting, watering, fertilizing, and pest control as required.
• Collaborate with the hotel maintenance and landscaping teams to coordinate activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a groundkeeper, landscaper, or gardener, preferably within luxury hotels or high-end properties.
• Knowledge of lawn care, planting, irrigation, and pest control techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping machinery and tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Must be currently in UAE
