LSH Auto is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our new and used cars.

Hours 40

Salary £27,010 plus Uncapped bonus OTE £60,000, plus company car

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in their purchase journey, providing product information and guidance.
  • Conduct test drives and explain the features and benefits of the vehicles.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in electric vehicles and communicate them to customers.
  • Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical information to customers.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • A valid driver's license.
