About MediaRadar:

MediaRadar, equips marketing, sales and analytics leaders with the intelligence they need to stay ahead. Our platform delivers always-on, AI-enabled Creative, Competitive, Commercial and Market Intelligence—spanning ad strategy, media spend, creative assets and brand messaging across 30+ media channels and five million brands.

With deep insights into more than 35 million ad and campaign assets and $280 billion in media spend, MediaRadar provides a single, interoperable source of truth that plugs seamlessly into enterprise analytics and AI systems. The result: faster, cleaner and more actionable intelligence that drives competitive advantage.

About this Opportunity:

Our Content & Data Operations team is the engine behind this intelligence. We work on turning unstructured global ad data into the highly accurate, AI-ready datasets that our clients rely on to make high velocity and impactful media decisions.

As we scale our India captive into MediaRadar's center of excellence for Data Operations, we are expanding our Q&T function. The Quality Analyst is the guardian of data quality across all our ad processing workflows. You are the person who catches what others miss, explains why it happened, and closes the loop so it does not happen again.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, is energised by finding the root cause rather than just the symptom, and wants to move from doing the work to raising the bar on how the work is done.

About the Team:

The Quality & Training vertical sits at the heart of our Content & Data operation. We run a closed-loop model — audit → action → coach→ re-audit . We believe audit insights do not stop at a report; they trigger coaching, SOP fixes, and process changes whose impact we then measure. As our operation increasingly blends human judgement with our Classification Engine and human-in-the-loop (HiTL) workflows, Quality Analysts are central to keeping both the people and the models accurate.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities and Impact Drivers: (not limited to)

Quality auditing & defect identification

  • Perform daily quality audits against the relevant SOP across classification, attribution, mapping, and related workflows, meeting defined productivity and quality targets.
  • Identify anomalies — SOP defects, process gaps, and recurring error patterns and distinguish a genuine miss from an acceptable judgement call.
  • Comprehend and apply SOPs with minimal supervision, and flag where an SOP itself is unclear, outdated, or silent on an edge case.
  • Track process SLAs and turnaround commitments, ensuring audit and review queues are closed on time and any slippage is escalated early with context.
  • Investigate and help resolve client-raised troubleshooting requests, triaging the issue, identifying whether it stems from a data, process, or model gap, and driving it to closure with the relevant team.

Root cause analysis & continuous improvement

  • Go beyond what broke to why it broke and  identify preliminary root causes and explain your rationale clearly.
  • Propose practical solutions on quality and productivity, and partner with managers to drive them to closure on agreed milestones.
  • Bring a continuous-improvement mindset (RCA, basic Lean/Six Sigma thinking welcome) to reduce recurring defects over time.
  • Recommend process and system improvements  from SOP and workflow changes to tooling and automation enhancements — that remove recurring defects at the source rather than re-catching them.

Calibration & standards consistency

  • Participate in and help run calibration sessions so that audit scoring stays consistent across analysts, processes, and shifts.
  • Support evaluator readiness and certification so that two analysts auditing the same work reach the same verdict.
  • Work with your data governance counterparts  to turn recurring defect trends into targeted refreshers and SOP updates, so coaching translates into measurable improvement.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to data governance rules and perfect data quality standards.

Feedback & associate enablement

  • Deliver clear, specific, and respectful feedback to associates, and close the loop on every audit observation.
  • Work with your Training counterparts within the Q&T function to turn recurring defect trends into targeted refreshers and SOP updates, so coaching translates into measurable improvement.

Insights & reporting

  • Prepare key trend insights and share regular, clear quality reports with managers and stakeholders.
  • Surface emerging risks early and flag updates to the QnT Manager with enough context for a fast decision.

AI / human-in-the-loop quality

  • Audit AI-assisted and HiTL outputs as our Classification Engine footprint grows by evaluating where the model is reliable and where human review must stay.
  • Contribute structured feedback that helps improve ML model accuracy.

Role Mandate - How you will raise the bar

i) You treat the quality of the process as yours to defend. You “OWN” the space end to end, you do not wait to be asked.

ii) You identify errors early. You investigate fast and you share feedback faster. You do not stop at reporting the problem.

iii) You hit the daily audit sample targets and move the process accuracy. Activity is not your goal, Impact is.

iv) You are obsessed with Quality standards. You do not let any known error pass.

v) You strive to make the process better than you found it – for associates, for your team, for the organization and for the clients who rely on our data.

vi) You also partner closely with internal teams like Governance , ML , Data engineering and Product to give feedback to HiTL models.

What You Will Deliver

Success Measures: (first 60 days)

  • You are calibrated and audited to standard across your assigned processes.
  • Your feedback loops are closing — observations are actioned, not just logged.
  • You have surfaced at least one recurring defect trend with a proposed, evidence-led fix.
  • Managers trust your audits as an accurate picture of process health.

After 60 days : Drive floor-wide accuracy to a >98% baseline. Restructure the new-hire onboarding curriculum to reduce speed-to-proficiency ramp time by 15%, ensuring new associates hit target SLAs faster.

Qualifications and skill requirements

  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in a classification, attribution, mapping, or data-processing role.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply SOPs independently and identify gaps in them.
  • Sound judgement in distinguishing a true defect from a defensible call.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication — able to write a feedback note or a trend summary that needs no follow-up meeting.
  • A constructive feedback style and the maturity to coach peers respectfully.
  • Proficiency in using analytical methodologies such as 5 Why analysis and Pareto Analysis to understand and resolve quality issues.
  • Advanced proficiency with G-Suite, Looker studio,  project-management tools (e.g., Jira), and basic AI familiarity, with the technical ability to use proprietary platforms to review, classify, and attribute ads across media channels, and to create and update complex product records within a centralized Product Catalog under strict governance standards.
  • Ability to analyse data and maintain excellent recordkeeping — reporting on accuracy, sampling, coverage, volume, and other key performance metrics — and to apply analytical methodologies such as 5-Why and Pareto analysis to resolve quality issues, including creating and maintaining SOPs, training manuals, and training plans.
  • Comfortable with mining data from dashboards, building basic ones and basic data analysis; SQL is an added advantage.

Preferred

  • Prior exposure to quality auditing, calibration, or RCA.
  • Familiarity with continuous-improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Experience working with AI-assisted or human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Experience supporting multiple processes or stakeholders concurrently.
