Director of Physical Therapy

Position Summary

We are seeking a Director of Physical Therapy for an outpatient physical therapy office in Front Royal, VA. This full-time position pays $90,000-$120,000 per year and follows a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

This is a leadership role for a Physical Therapist who understands that strong outpatient care depends on clear evaluations, consistent treatment planning, accurate documentation, and well-supported staff.

In This Role, You Will

• Direct physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
• Perform evaluations and develop plans of care
• Treat patients working through pain, weakness, mobility loss, and recovery needs
• Lead clinical staff and support daily team performance
• Review documentation and monitor patient progress
• Assist with clinic workflow, patient flow, and care coordination
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and other providers
• Help maintain high standards for clinical service and compliance

Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Previous director, manager, or lead clinician experience preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient rehab standards
• Ability to lead people, manage priorities, and maintain care quality
