Junior Office & Events Manager - Singapore

What you’ll do:
You’ll be the brain and engine behind our office and events.
That means:

Turn our office into a place people love coming to (not just tolerate)

Plan and execute events that people actually remember

Own everything from logistics, vibes, execution

Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and last-minute chaos

Make sure every detail is intentional (yes, even the snacks)

Work closely with different teams to bring ideas to life
This role is for you if:

You’ve planned events before and you loved the pressure

You’re extremely organized but also creative
-
You solve problems fast (and don’t panic when things go wrong)

You care about details most people ignore

You’re a people person but you also get things done

You can turn “we should do something cool” into an actual event
Bonus points if you:

Have experience managing offices or co-working spaces

Have connections with vendors in Singapore

Have worked in startups or fast-paced environments
