About the role
COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV is looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that enable effective decision-making and provide strategic insights.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up audio-visual equipment
- Support users of conference facilities during the meetings
- Preparation and continuous update of existing Knowledge Articles
- Performing ad-hoc services as requested by Head of Resources Unit or ICT Manager if all tickets have been fulfilled
Requirements
- Proficient in M365 applications
- Desktop support experience
- Excellent communication skills, English level required C1
- Minimum of 3 Years experience in Service Desk environment
- Minimum of 3 Years experience in Desktop deployment of support
- Experience in documenting support requests and resolutions
- Remote access capability to troubleshoot issues on staff computers
- Knowledge of M365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Environment, server hosting and associated services
- Experience in troubleshooting desktop issues such as software installation, printer issues, and network connectivity issues
- Familiarity with standard operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues on desktops and laptops
