Revenue Manager

to join our Resorts division.

About the role:

The Revenue Manager for Resorts will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities across various properties within our resort portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a thorough understanding of revenue management principles, inventory control, and market analysis to optimize pricing strategies, enhance profitability, and achieve performance targets. This position will work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to implement revenue strategies and ensure alignment with property goals.

Core work activities:

  • Develop and execute effective revenue management strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
  • Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor performance to inform pricing decisions.
  • Monitor and manage inventory allocation and restrictions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with property leadership to establish and maintain pricing policies for transient and group business.
  • Utilize forecasting tools and data analytics to predict demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis of revenue performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and pricing adjustments.
  • Participate in regular revenue meetings and strategy discussions to align on goals and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to property teams on revenue management best practices.
  • Maintain relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution partners to optimize exposure and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within the resort or luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-focused approach.
