About the role
Eram Talent is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrative Analyst to support the day-to-day administration, reliability, and continuity of digital systems, user devices, and classroom technology. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is responsible for managing IT systems, supporting end users, maintaining digital platforms, coordinating hardware and audio-visual technologies, and ensuring operational readiness across the school environment. The successful candidate will also provide operational support to cross-functional teams, contributing to the efficient delivery of academic and administrative activities. The ideal candidate has experience in IT systems support, device management, and digital operations, preferably within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support core digital platforms, including Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Google Workspace, and communication platforms.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access while ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate incidents when required.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and support school-owned devices, including laptops, iPads, and shared peripherals.
- Coordinate device inventory, repairs, warranties, replacements, and lifecycle management.
- Provide operational support for classroom and shared-space audio-visual systems, including projectors, displays, sound systems, and conferencing equipment.
- Support technology setup and troubleshooting for lessons, meetings, school events, and assemblies.
- Assist with academic year preparation, including user onboarding, class creation, device allocation, and system configuration.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, devices, licences, warranties, and vendor support activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and AV support services.
- Support continuity planning, system security, and incident response in accordance with organisational policies.
- Collaborate with Academic, Admissions, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to support digital and operational requirements.
- Assist with reporting, operational coordination, and technology-related projects across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, confidentiality, and acceptable use policies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience in IT support, systems administration, or digital operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting laptops, iPads, and end-user devices.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting audio-visual equipment and classroom technology is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
- Previous experience in an educational or school environment is preferred.
