About the role

Overjet

Lead the Future of Dentistry.

Overjet is the world-leader in dental AI. Already, thousands of dental providers and insurers rely on our platform to deliver the best possible care. Now, we’re looking for talented people to fulfill our mission: improve oral health for all.

Overjet is where builders become leaders. Everyone here loves to make new things: new products, new partnerships, new content, and a new category of AI technology. And as Overjet grows ridiculously fast, so will you.

Simply put, there’s no better place to accelerate your career. Come join us!

The Role

As a key member of the Product Management team, you will take ownership of critical components of Overjet’s Insurance AI platform, reporting to a Product leader within the Insurance organization.

This role is central to scaling one of Overjet’s most important product areas. You will own problem definition, prioritization, and execution for complex, backend, and data-heavy workflows that power AI-driven claims automation. Success requires balancing speed, quality, and competing priorities while shipping continuously in a live enterprise environment.

You’ll love this role if you:

  • Like owning a product area end-to-end and being accountable for outcomes

  • Are comfortable working through ambiguity and making tradeoffs quickly

  • Enjoy partnering deeply with engineering, data, and ML teams to ship real systems

This is an opportunity to help scale a high-impact AI product already in production, while shaping how it evolves as customer demand and complexity grow.

Responsibilities

  •  Own and scale key product areas within Overjet’s insurance AI platform, with a focus on claims automation and operational workflows

  • Drive prioritization and execution across multiple workstreams, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term scalability

  • Translate complex customer needs and insurer workflows into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and ML teams to deliver technically sound, production-ready solutions

  • Work directly with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure product decisions align with real customer usage and business needs

  • Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on data, customer feedback, and operational impact

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven products

  • Proven ability to own and scale complex product areas in fast-moving environments

  • Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on backend- or data-heavy systems

  • Ability to make sound tradeoffs and move quickly without losing focus on outcomes

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
