Position: HRM Specialist

What will you do?

• Dispatched management
  
  -Strategic Vendor management
  
  -Dispatched operation in volume
  
  -Dispatch management process review, update and enhancement
  
  
• Dispatch HR Metrics management
  
  -Build and drive dispatch data analytic to support decision making process
  
  
• Dispatch employee lifecycle management
  
  -Employee data collection and verification
  
  -Assist in resolving employee issues and provide necessary support.
  
  -Work with business and vendors to oversee Dispatch employee performance and take necessary actions.
  
  
• Support in operational HRBP objectives.
  
  
• Other Administrative Tasks:
  
   -Handle and oversee other HR-related administrative tasks.
  
  
  
  

Basic Qualifications

•  3-5 years HR working experiences

Preferred Qualifications.

• Dispatch HR operation experience is a plus
