We are now looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

Responsibilities:

• Technical guidance of a medium sized team
• Development and maintenance of Java applications and Microservices
• Code reviews and ensuring code quality
• Participation in technical design and architectural decisions
• Support and mentoring of junior team members
• Collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other development teams
• Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and task planning
• Coordination of technical matters across different teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in software development with Java
• Previous experience as a Senior Developer, Team Lead, or Technical Lead of a small team
• Very good knowledge of modern Java versions (11+)
• Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architectures
• Experience with REST APIs and relational databases
• Good knowledge of Git
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
• Very good command of English
• Eligible to work in Greece

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the banking or financial sector
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Good knowledge of modern software development practices
