About the role
We are looking for a Junior Deliverability Specialist to join our team and help ensure the highest possible email delivery performance for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with major Internet Service Providers (ISPs), monitor deliverability metrics and tools, investigate issues, and support internal teams with deliverability-related expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analytical work, troubleshooting complex technical problems, and learning about the email ecosystem.

Main tasks:
- maintain sending infrastructure to ensure the best possible sender reputation and email deliverability
- monitor deliverability tools and systems to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and potential issues
- investigate and verify deliverability-related incidents and customer-reported problems
- work daily with major ISPs and mailbox providers, including Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, Yandex, Wirtualna Polska, and others, to identify and resolve deliverability challenges
- explain complex deliverability concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- communicate ongoing deliverability issues and trends to relevant internal teams.
- document incidents, findings, and delivery trends, and conduct investigative research to support continuous improvement
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve deliverability performance
What we're looking for:
- excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- self-motivated with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- strong troubleshooting and investigative skills
- good communication and collaboration skills
- excellent written and spoken English (min. B2)
- Polish language skills would be an advantage
Nice to Have:
- working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
- experience monitoring or reporting on email marketing campaign performance and metrics
- interest in email marketing, email infrastructure, and related technologies
Salary range:
- 6 500 – 7 500 PLN gross monthly on contract of employment
