About the Role

We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing UK-based sales team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a confident sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with UK-based clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing a robust sales pipeline, conducting consultative sales conversations, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Conduct professional consultative sales meetings with UK-based clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively to close sales.
  • Develop persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Accurately update and maintain CRM records and sales activities.
  • Provide regular pipeline forecasts and activity reports to management.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling to UK or international markets.
  • Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and structured sales processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Telesales, B2B Sales, or Consultative Sales.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner suitable for UK clients.
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup.
