Position Overview

Neuvera Brain Health Institute is seeking a hands-on, highly organized, and proactive Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outpatient clinic in Palo Alto. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable independently managing clinic workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment and who takes pride in creating an efficient, professional, and patient-centered practice.

The Practice Manager will be responsible for clinic operations, patient scheduling, front desk coordination, administrative workflows, and communication across patients, providers, and staff. This individual will play a key role in supporting a smooth clinic experience while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow execution.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative workflows
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and front desk coordination
  • Support patient intake, insurance verification, and billing-related workflows
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinic staff
  • Support clinic staff scheduling, onboarding, and operational coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and support EMR workflows
  • Manage office vendors, supplies, and facility-related needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve clinic workflows and operational efficiency
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and high-quality patient experience

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing daily operations in an outpatient medical clinic or private practice setting
  • Strong experience with patient scheduling, front desk operations, and administrative coordination
  • Ability to independently manage clinic workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with insurance coordination and medical office operations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and general administrative software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in neurology, psychiatry, brain health, or other outpatient specialty clinics

Benefits

Compensation

  • Expected base salary range: $90,000 – $115,000 annually.
  • Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
