We at Coforge are hiring Tech Lead SR- Fullstack Python + Angular with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, distributed fullstack applications with secure, maintainable, and high-performing architecture.
• Independently translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into robust technical solutions across backend and frontend layers.
• Lead and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and modern web user interfaces.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability across services and UI components.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and usable technical documentation.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and advocate for engineering best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Actively participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid experience with Django and/or other modern Python web frameworks.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with caching and messaging technologies such as Redis.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure application design.
• Knowledge of modern frontend architecture, reusable components, state management, and responsive UI development.
• Experience with testing strategies across backend and frontend layers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a leadership capacity. 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in frontend development with Angular.
• Experience with asynchronous/background processing tools such as Celery.
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems and enterprise platforms;
• Familiarity with security best practices for externally facing applications;
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
