About the role
- Promote the company's products and services to existing customers to increase sales.
- Record all sales transactions accurately in accordance with the company's approved procedures.
- Identify and acquire new customers in line with the company's sales policies.
- Achieve the sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Provide clear and detailed explanations of the company's products and services to encourage customer purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinate with management to resolve issues effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Possess strong knowledge of inventory management and conduct daily stock counts, submitting daily inventory reports for the assigned warehouse.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on customer visits and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- From 2 to 5 years of previous experience in sales, account management, client relations or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
