About the role

  • Promote the company's products and services to existing customers to increase sales.
  • Record all sales transactions accurately in accordance with the company's approved procedures.
  • Identify and acquire new customers in line with the company's sales policies.
  • Achieve the sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Provide clear and detailed explanations of the company's products and services to encourage customer purchases.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinate with management to resolve issues effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Possess strong knowledge of inventory management and conduct daily stock counts, submitting daily inventory reports for the assigned warehouse.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on customer visits and sales activities.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • From 2 to 5 years of previous experience in sales, account management, client relations or a related role.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
