Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking a Senior Growth Content Producer (Performance Ads) to join our Growth Marketing team. Reporting to the Assistant Growth Content Manager, you are a hands-on visual creator who brings CASETiFY's products to life on set — owning the shoot end to end, from concept and art direction through capture — and blending traditional production with AI tools to scale output. You turn product USPs and trend signals into social-first, high-converting visuals.


Job Description

  • Concept, design, and produce high-quality photo and video assets for Performance Ads aligned with CASETiFY's brand aesthetic.
  • Own art direction on set: mood board creation, product styling, props, lighting design, and shoot execution.
  • Manage the studio end to end — lighting, backdrop, camera and grip equipment, and setup/teardown.
  • Edit footage — from the content team or existing asset libraries — into engaging short-form cuts, with a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, music, and sound to hold attention and drive action.
  • Generate and produce AI imagery and AI video (e.g. Higgsfield, VEO3, Tapnow) as capture-adjacent assets — bringing a strong fashion and styling sensibility to composition, wardrobe, props, and overall look so AI-generated content feels intentional, on-trend, and indistinguishable from CASETiFY's brand aesthetic.
  • Ensure social-first storytelling — short-form, Reels/TikTok-native compositions that hook in the first few seconds.
  • Strong Ad Creative Testing Mindset, initiate the testing angles with the Creative Strategist, including the hook, body, and CTA, as well as distinct scripts, messaging angles, visual styles, settings, product benefits, and consumer motivations, etc. 
  • Deeply understand CASETiFY's brand value proposition and product USPs and translate them into compelling, high-converting ad hooks, scripts, and visuals.
  • Maintain CASETiFY's brand voice, aesthetic, and quality standards across all paid ads, in line with global brand and visual guidelines.
  • Maintain an organized shoot workflow and file system so footage and stills are post-ready for paid and organic use.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Content Designer and wider Growth team to test creative hypotheses and iterate on high-potential assets based on performance.
  • Monitor emerging trends, consumer behavior, and competitor ad strategies to continuously ideate high-converting concepts.
  • Hit content-volume targets at quality, aligned to performance-ad trends, to support ROAS and revenue goals.
  • Support upcoming content expansion plans, which may include managing external agency relationships and launching UGC / EGC initiatives as our strategy evolves.

Requirement

  • 2+ years in content production / photography-videography, ideally product-centric with lifestyle integration. 
  • Proven portfolio of short-form, social-friendly photo and video. Strong eye for lighting, composition, and styling; confident running a studio independently. 
  • Skilled with camera and lighting systems (continuous/strobe), plus AI tools (Tapnow, Higgsfield, VEO3) and editing tools (CapCut, Canva — mandatory). Lightroom/Photoshop for on-set retouch a plus. 
  • Working understanding of ad performance metrics and how visuals influence them. 
  • Organized, calm under pressure, clear communicator in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. 
  • Bonus:  project / agency management experience; ability to direct and capture EGC/UGC-style native content (comfortable on or behind camera).
