Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Texas-licensed LCSW to provide virtual therapy services for clients who need support with emotional, behavioral, and everyday life challenges. In this role, you will help clients talk through what they are carrying, understand patterns that may be affecting their well-being, and develop tools that support healthier choices and better coping.

This is a client-facing clinical role where most of your time will be spent in therapy sessions, treatment planning, documentation, and progress review. It offers the chance to do focused clinical work in a remote setting while still making a real difference in your clients’ lives.

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling sessions in a way that feels structured, respectful, and clinically appropriate
• Help clients talk through personal challenges, emotional stress, and difficult life experiences
• Complete clinical assessments and use the information to guide care planning
• Create treatment goals that are specific, realistic, and relevant to each client’s situation
• Support clients as they develop stronger coping skills and healthier routines
• Document each session clearly and complete required records on time
• Monitor changes in client needs, symptoms, and progress throughout care
• Follow all privacy, telehealth, and clinical guidelines

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Texas
• Previous experience providing therapy or clinical counseling services
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection
