The Quant team at Mustard Systems create predictive models that are globally recognised as best-in-class. We use cutting-edge statistical methods to model cricket and trading strategies, often developing our own techniques. We answer the questions captains, pundits and traders argue about: What strategy would be best in this situation? How do matchups affect the game? Who are the best players really? Requirements

What we're looking for?

• A 1st class degree from a top university or a 2:1 from Oxbridge.
• Degree-level study in statistics and probability theory.
• Intellectual curiosity, creativity and confidence to try new approaches.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• An interest in sports or competitive games. No cricket knowledge required!
