Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for Germany, aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage brand campaigns, digital performance activities, and affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the central marketing team to plan and implement initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and efficient execution.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Oversee local marketing agencies and media agencies, ensuring quality delivery, efficient media buying, and accountability.

    • Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of marketing experience in the fintech industry.
  • Experience working with a media agency on planning and buying offline media (OOH, TV, Press, Audio) OR direct experience working within a media agency focusing on traditional media buying.
  • Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing affiliates and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
