Core Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents
- Lease market-rate apartments according to Fair Housing standards
- Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
- Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
- Process rental applications quickly and accurately
- Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service during the move-in process
- Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
- Monitor listing postings and advertisements
- Escalate resident concerns to the Property Manager
- Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Successful Candidate Profile
Knowledge & Experience
- General knowledge of multifamily leasing principles, including Fair Housing
- 1+ year of experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or hospitality
- Experience with property management and leasing software (preferred)
- High school diploma

Other Requirements
- Frequent travel between Shaker Heights and Edgewater
- Occasional travel to Pittsburgh
