In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing support and supervision to clients during nighttime hours, ensuring their safety and well-being while facilitating a therapeutic environment. Your presence will help clients cope with their challenges and provide them with the assistance they need during critical hours.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring clients' behaviors and emotional states, offering support when needed.

- Assisting clients with their nighttime routines and ensuring their comfort and safety.

- Documenting client interactions and any notable incidents accurately in logs.

- Enforcing safety protocols and responding effectively to emergencies.

- Providing a calming presence and engaging clients in relaxing activities when appropriate.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in mental health or related fields are preferred.

- Experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting is highly desirable.

- Strong observational and communication skills.

- A caring, empathetic approach to interacting with clients.

- Ability to work independently and remain vigilant during overnight hours.
