LSH Auto is looking for a motivated Retail Business Manager to lead our retail sales operations and contribute to the continued success of our automotive dealership in Whitefield. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and enhancing profitability while fostering a positive and professional retail environment.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: Competitive salary with OTE up to £65,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a retail sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Implement sales strategies and monitor market trends to capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure superior service delivery.
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory and merchandising.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize brand presence and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Retail Business Manager or similar role within the automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and respond with proactive strategies.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high service standards.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
