Product QA Engineer

€55K – €75K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

About the role

We're looking for a Product QA Engineer who cares deeply about product quality and user experience. This role is primarily focused on manual testing. You'll be the person who looks at a feature not just to confirm it works, but to see what's missing, what feels off, and what could be better.

You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to make sure new features are reliable, intuitive, and ready for users. Over time, you'll also help improve our QA setup by bringing suitable test cases into automation.

What You’ll Do 🎯

  • Test new product features across web and mobile.

  • Validate that features work as expected in real user scenarios.

  • Identify bugs, inconsistencies, edge cases, and UX issues.

  • Review requirements with a product mindset, not just a checklist mindset.

  • Help define and maintain a high quality bar, and support automation where it adds value.

What You’ll Bring 💡

  • Strong manual QA testing experience.

  • A sharp eye for product details and small flaws.

  • Experience testing user-facing product features.

  • A product-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and startup experience.

  • Experience with test automation tools (Cypress or Playwright)

What Makes You a Great Fit 🌟

  • You get bothered by broken flows, awkward UX, and small product imperfections.

  • You care about quality beyond simply passing requirements.

  • You're proactive and comfortable working independently.

  • You enjoy working closely with Product, not only Engineering.

  • You want to improve how a product is built, not just test what's already there.

  • Mobile testing is a plus.
