THE OPPORTUNITY
At Clari + Salesloft, our Senior Product Manager will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing product organization, serving as a strategic product leader for key focus areas within our AI Prospecting suite — including AI Email Generation, Research Agents, the AI Knowledge Library (AIKL), and our Extension — within our Predictive Revenue Platform. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution that directly impacts how enterprise revenue teams create quality pipeline.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product experiences that help revenue teams prospect smarter and faster. Specifically, you will:
- Drive the strategy and execution for our AI Prospecting suite — including AI-generated emails, account and person Research Agents, AI Knowledge Library, and Snippets — ensuring these capabilities work together as a cohesive, high-value experience for sellers.
- Lead the evolution of AI email generation within Cadences, including refinement experiences, learning loops, and incorporating seller style to make every outreach more relevant and effective.
- Expand the data powering our Research Agents and AI Knowledge Library so sellers walk into every interaction with the right context and a clear next step.
- Champion the "insight to action" experience, bridging the gap between AI-generated research and execution (emails, tasks, cadence enrollment) so sellers spend less time synthesizing and more time selling.
- Define success metrics anchored to core seller outcomes, track product performance post-launch, and build learning loops across AI features to drive continuous improvement.
- Own the Salesloft browser extension as a critical prospecting surface, ensuring features are accessible in the tools and workflows sellers already live in

YOUR FIRST 180 DAYS:
- In your first 30 days: You will immerse yourself in the Clari + Salesloft AI Prospecting suite — gaining a deep understanding of how AI email generation, Research Agents, AIKL, and Snippets work together to help sellers create pipeline. You'll build relationships with your engineering, design, and cross-functional partners, and begin participating in executing product development alongside your team.
- In your first 90 days: You will fully own the backlog for your prospecting focus areas. You will have a firm grasp on customer pain points (e.g., research latency, black-box AI, lack of actionability), be actively participating in customer discovery, and successfully guide the delivery of your first set of features or enhancements.
- In your first 180 days: You will be driving the strategic roadmap for your portion of the AI Prospecting pod. You will have shipped high-impact features and will be using launch metrics to iteratively define what we build next.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a customer-obsessed, data-driven product leader who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about building AI-powered products that help enterprise sellers create more quality pipeline at scale. You bring strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution, and you know how to align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision while relentlessly prioritizing impact. Experience with generative AI products, RAG systems, or sales engagement workflows is required.
THE TEAM
Our Clari + Salesloft Product team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming product managers, designers, and researchers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Product team consists of collaborative, intellectually curious builders who are deeply committed to understanding our customers and shipping products that move the needle. PMs on our team share a few common traits: they are strategic yet execution-focused, comfortable with data, and energized by working at the intersection of AI, sales, and enterprise technology.
THE SKILL SET
- 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of owning a product roadmap or major feature areas end-to-end and shipping impactful features
- Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements
- Experience working closely with engineering and design in an agile environment
- Comfort with data — you use metrics to prioritize, measure success, and make decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without authority
- Collaborative mindset — you celebrate team wins and share credit generously
- Experience managing products with ML/AI components — you understand enough to have productive conversations with data scientists and engineers
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with using AI tools to uplevel your strategic thinking, speed of execution, prototyping, and research — you actively experiment with new tools to work smarter
- Experience with CRM, sales engagement, or revenue intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Outreach)
- Background in or strong familiarity with revenue operations, forecasting, or sales analytics
- Experience launching, managing, or integrating mobile applications in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with enterprise data models and access hierarchies and how they impact analytics and dashboarding
