We are seeking an Interim Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing during a temporary engagement. This individual will serve as a key resource for payroll compliance and process management.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing
Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations
Review payroll reconciliations and reporting
Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies
Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters
Support payroll audits and year-end activities
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of payroll experience
Experience managing multi-state payroll
Knowledge of payroll tax regulations
Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, Workday, or Paycom
Strong analytical and organizational skills
