Physical Therapy Director

Position Overview

We are looking for a full time Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient physical therapy office in Woodstock, VA. The position offers a salary of $90,000-$120,000 annually, with a regular Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

What This Role Looks Like

You will be involved in patient care and help direct clinical operations. That means seeing patients, creating care plans, treating patients, reviewing notes, answering staff questions and helping the clinic to keep a steady, professional rhythm throughout the week.

This is a working leadership position for a Physical Therapist who knows outpatient care and wants to move both patients and staff forward with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, mobility, and pain-related conditions
• Oversee clinical workflows and daily patient care delivery
• Guide staff on treatment progression and documentation standards
• Monitor patient outcomes and support quality improvement efforts
• Help resolve clinic flow, scheduling, and care coordination needs

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation
