About the Client:

Hire Up Recruiting is a boutique staffing firm specializing in early childhood education. We partner with childcare organizations nationwide to place exceptional talent at every level, from operational staff to executive leadership.

The Role

We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to manage leadership and executive-level searches across our client portfolio. This role focuses on recruiting for positions such as Center Directors, Assistant Directors, multi-site leaders, and VP-level executives.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role in a fully remote environment, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, interview, and place leadership and executive-level candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer stage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Conduct interviews and manage ongoing candidate communication
  • Track recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within the ATS
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring goals
  • Proactively source talent through outreach, networking, and referrals

Work Schedule & Tools

  • Full-time schedule aligned with EST hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or similar)
  • Tools used: Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Bullhorn ATS

Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable communicating with US-based clients and candidates via phone and video calls
  • Experience or confidence handling leadership-level searches
  • Strong sourcing and outreach skills; comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Professional and confident when engaging with senior-level decision-makers, including business owners, VPs, and Heads of Talent Acquisition
  • Experience using Bullhorn ATS
