FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.
Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.
Mission:
We’re seeking a driven Product Manager to help shape our product strategy, guide delivery, and champion user impact.
Some days you will need to access your deep well of market knowledge to strategize and present your vision to stakeholders and others you will need to roll up your developer sleeves to help the team meet their goals during a sprint.
What you would do on a daily basis:
- Define and own product strategy and roadmaps aligned with customer needs, competitive dynamics, and company goals.
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog in collaboration with the Lead Product Manager, incorporating input from engineering, UX, sales, and customer success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle - from ideation and design to development, testing, and release.
- Break down complex functionality into clear user stories, product specs, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate progress through ongoing iteration, analyzing user feedback, market shifts, and product performance data to inform future improvements.
- Guide the UI/UX design process, leveraging your own design intuition or partnering with dedicated UX resources.
- Serve as the voice of the product internally and externally - driving clarity, confidence, and excitement in every interaction.
- Stay on the pulse of emerging trends in AI, SaaS, digital experience, and financial services to keep FlowX.AI ahead of the curve.
Who you are
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of delivering successful products across full lifecycles.
- Experience shipping core features for two or more SaaS platforms or web/mobile products.
- Technical fluency - comfortable working with engineers, understanding software architecture, and discussing implementation trade-offs.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for clarity, scalability, and structured thinking.
- Experience collaborating closely with UI/UX teams - or strong design instincts of your own.
- Confident communicator with exceptional writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven and user-centric, always grounding decisions in insights and real-world impact.
- Fluency in English.
