As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at New Story Schools of Ohio, you will lead the design and implementation of individualized behavioral and skill-acquisition programs that help students achieve measurable growth. You’ll collaborate with school teams to assess needs, create treatment plans, and guide staff in using evidence-based ABA practices.

What You’ll Need

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) credentials

  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing treatment plans

  • Strong data analysis, consultation, and clinical supervision skills

  • Ability to model professionalism and mentor staff pursuing certification

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans

  • Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions to ensure goal achievement

  • Provide clinical supervision and coaching to behavior technicians and school staff

  • Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team meetings

  • Ensure all ABA documentation, data collection, and reporting meet professional standards
