IBMC is assisting a premier Wellness & Lifestyle brand based in the heart of Bali. Our client is dedicated to creating transformative experiences through holistic health, aesthetic beauty, and world-class hospitality. We are seeking a creative individual who can capture the essence of wellness and translate it into high-impact visual storytelling for a global and local audience.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be the creative engine behind our brand’s visual identity. Working on-site at our Bali property, you will produce a wide range of assets from digital social media content to high-quality print collateral and on-property signage. We are looking for someone with a modern aesthetic, a proactive mindset, and the technical skill to handle multiple design projects in a fast-paced, high-vibe environment.

Requirements

  • Identity: Must be an Indonesian Citizen currently residing in Bali willing to work on-site in Seseh immediately.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Graphic Design or a related creative field.
  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Bonus Skill: Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or video editing is a significant plus.
  • Design Eye: Strong command of composition, color theory, typography, and layout with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication: Good command of English (written and spoken) to collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent time management, proactive mindset, and a strong ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Design: Create visually compelling designs for digital platforms, social media, and print materials (including posters, newsletters, and magazines).
  • On-Property Collateral: Handle the end-to-end process of print production, including internal distribution of name plates, signage, event flyers, and other property-wide marketing materials.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop creative assets for seasonal brand campaigns and digital advertising that align with current wellness trends.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure 100% brand consistency across all touchpoints while introducing fresh, innovative ideas to elevate the brand’s visual appeal.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with global design trends and apply modern styles to enhance the brand’s creative output.
