Our commercial team is growing, and we are looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit and passion to help us tell and grow our legendary story.

The Commercial Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Stanley 1913’s commercial performance by delivering data-driven insights across product lines, retail channels, geographies, and consumer segments. Working under the direction of the Commercial Senior Manager, this role drives sales growth and effective marketplace management specifically on the Hydrate, Bar, and Café categories.

This role partners closely with the commercial team to monitor product and sales channel health, identify segmentation opportunities, and surface strategic recommendations aligned to our go-to-market calendar. With a strong process orientation, the Commercial Specialist ensures commercial plans are fully communicated and magnificently delivered — spanning channel strategy, segmentation, assortment, pricing, and merchandising.

With an attitude of continuous improvement, this role also gathers feedback from collaborators across the business analytics, commercial, sales, and broader organizational teams to identify new analytical opportunities, improve clarity, and evolve the team's outputs.

This is both a learning and development role, offering broad exposure to our product line, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration. It is ideal for someone eager to support and learn from multiple team members including sales, product, marketing, finance, and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and maintain GTM tools including PLM, pricing, segmentation, launch dates, line lists.
  • Support the Commercial team with sales and marketplace/competitive analysis, delivering a consistent reporting cadence on sales, forecast, and competitive data across channels to advise strategic decisions and new business opportunities.
  • Support the product roadmap, portfolio strategy and innovation plan; assist with go-to-market planning for new item launches.
  • Understand and prioritize the key drivers of success by strategic customer; collaborate with product and sales teams to identify and implement channel-specific strategies and tactics.
  • Partner to develop strategic sales and promotional opportunities informed by market share data, trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Assist in the flow of goods management, working directly with demand planning and supply chain partners.
  • Support content development for internal and external communications, including customer meetings, sales meetings, and internal presentations; ensure detailed execution of commercial communications and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all cross-functional teams within Stanley.

Who You Are:

  • Organized. Take initiative and prioritize tasks; demonstrate excellent time management, organization, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated expertise building dashboards, reports, and analyses by synthesizing data from multiple sources.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and proficiency in report building from raw data.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing or business development environment required
  • Retail, CPG, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Lifestyle and/or Sportswear industry knowledge preferred.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range
$90,000$105,000 USD
