We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to take ownership of new client acquisition and build a strong sales pipeline from the ground up. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and managing the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting to deal closure.

In this role, you will work closely with business decision-makers, understand their hiring and business challenges, and position tailored solutions that deliver value. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects.
  • Own the complete B2B sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery meetings to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client hiring and business requirements.
  • Present solutions that address client needs and demonstrate long-term business value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business stakeholders.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to build trust and strengthen partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience after deal closure.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, networking events, and business interactions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
  • Proven success in generating new business and acquiring enterprise or corporate clients.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle independently, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment while traveling regularly for client meetings.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and pipeline management skills.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Willingness to travel for face-to-face client engagements and business development activities.
