Territory: Central TX and surrounding areas

In this role, you’ll develop new business, strengthen existing partnerships, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers across industrial and mobile hydraulic applications. Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan in partnership with your manager
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification
  • Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations with both current customers and new prospects
  • Build long-term, value-driven customer relationships
  • Collaborate with technical support and customer service teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools to effectively manage your pipeline, territory, and time
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Experience, Education and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-year technical degree preferred (Fluid Power, Industrial Technology, Mechanical or related discipline) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of industrial sales experience (fluid power experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience selling mobile hydraulic service and repair solutions is a plus
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic equipment repair/rebuild for mobile and industrial machinery is advantageous
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard computer applications
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed
  • This role is field-based and requires regular on-site customer visits in industrial environments, driving moderate to long distances, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
