Physical Therapist

Location: Somerset, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90K to $110K a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who can help patients move better, recover safely, and improve daily function. This role includes evaluating patient needs, creating treatment plans, and guiding each person through therapy that supports practical progress in their everyday life.

Responsibilities:

• Complete patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Create treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and hands-on care
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Teach patients proper movement, stretching, and home exercises
• Document visits, treatment updates, and outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation care preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work well with patients and clinical staff
