About Us:

PMF isn't your typical financial firm. We're based out of NYC's Wall Street district and we specialize in getting capital to small and medium-sized businesses that banks routinely ignore. We move fast, we close deals, and the people who thrive here tend to be the ones who never really fit the corporate mold anyway.

We're growing our Miami (Wynwood) office and we need someone who's ready to hit the ground running. This role puts you right in the middle of our real estate deal flow — talking to property owners, investors, and buyers every day and connecting them with funding that actually gets things done. It's not a passive role. You'll be expected to build, push, and perform.

What You'll Do:

  • Reach out daily to property owners, buyers, and investors — phone, email, whatever it takes
  • Quickly figure out which deals are worth pursuing and which aren't
  • Pitch investment properties and financing solutions to people who weren't looking for them yet
  • Keep your pipeline full and your numbers honest
  • Learn fast, ask questions, and get better every week

What We're Looking For:

Experience is nice but it's not what gets you hired here. We care more about who you are than what's on your resume.

  • You're competitive — not in an annoying way, but you keep score and you care about winning
  • You don't wait around to be told what to do
  • You can build rapport quickly and people tend to trust you
  • You're not afraid of the phone or of hearing "no"
  • A degree or some background in sales or finance is helpful, but if you've got the drive, we'll work with you
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation:

  • Full Commission: OTE $80K–$200K+
  • Base + Commission: OTE $60K–$120K+

Most of our people hit their first real commission check within 60–90 days. We set you up with training, tools, and support — the rest is on you.
