Summary:

The Field Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of our APAC-based marketing team, delivering high-impact programs across trade shows and proprietary events, webinars, partner marketing, and customer engagement. This role requires someone who is data-driven, collaborative, and confident. The role will focus on connecting brand, community, and content that move audiences from awareness to consideration and from engagement to qualified pipeline.

The role requires strong marketing operations discipline and includes partnering with global and regional teams. The right person for this role will help make Avetta more visible, more relevant and more commercially effective in APAC. They will deliver programs that connect market insight, product value, customer proof and timely follow-up into a coordinated regional growth engine.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a series of trade show and proprietary field events across APAC, ensuring they are on-brand, persona-aligned, and within budget.
  • Plan and deliver a series of webinars to drive engagement and expansion across priority industries and personas.
  • Activate memberships, alliances and external partners through campaigns, webinars, content, events and referral or audience amplification opportunities
  • Support marketing programs that deepen engagement and advocacy across APAC.
  • Support the regional execution of Avetta’s user conference from program design to on-site event management.
  • Lead vendor sourcing and management for venues, agencies, production partners, and suppliers.
  • Track and report on program effectiveness, engagement, influenced pipeline, account progression and conversion outcomes.
  • Deliver post-event analytics and executive reporting to inform future strategy.
  • Connect customer engagement activity to the broader go-to-market engine through understanding integrated campaign activity
  • Champion a collaborative, solutions-focused culture, remaining calm and detail-oriented under pressure.
  • Some business travel required; occasional in-person meetings and event setup.
  • Reliable and predictive attendance.

Ideal Experience, Education, and Training

  • Degree-level qualification plus marketing qualifications or marketing experience in a high-performing team.
  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a regional role within a global organisation.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end event programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Event, webinar and podcast production experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and inform decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, and client functions.
  • Use of AI tools and agents to improve workflow efficiency, repurposing or insight analysis maintaining governance and brand quality
