The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of Unilabs' senior management team by providing high-level administrative support. This position involves managing the executive's schedule, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication both internally and externally.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to preparing reports, handling confidential information, organizing travel arrangements, and facilitating effective collaboration among stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate the needs of executives and proactively solve problems will be key to your success in this role.

The ideal Executive Assistant will have a proactive approach and a keen ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will be juggling multiple assignments and deadlines. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
